Evan will ask you about the characteristics of the work you would like completed and available scheduling dates and times.He can also meet you for a job estimate if you’d prefer to discuss the job with him in person.
You will be asked to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions* listed below.
At the scheduled date and time, workers will be at your home and will have the necessary equipment to complete your job at our hourly rate of $19/manhour or our fixed prices for lawn mowing and brush or junk removal.
At any time before, during and after the job, you will have the convenience of direct customer service via our cell phone numbers.Evan can answer you scheduling and work questions, Ryan can handle any of your lawn mowing questions, and Nick can address and of your billing concerns.
Shortly after we complete the job, you will receive a phone call and an invoice in the mail and/or by email (your preference), along with a customer satisfaction questionnaire to let us know how we did.

*Terms and Conditions: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the customer understands that they will receive highly motivated and physically able low-skilled manual workers at an hourly rate of $19 per person. Cheap Summer Help LLC will bill customer by invoice via mail or email on behalf of the workers provided in order to prevent multiple invoices and accounting errors. Cheap Summer Help LLC is a single member Limited Liability Company that engages in the service referral business by connecting customers seeking general landscaping and home maintenance services with a network of college students that can provide such services. Cheap Summer Help LLC intends to be a resource for its customers, the general public, and any and all workers it engages as independent contractors by producing literature on general landscaping and home maintenance tips and by providing training sessions for its customers, the general public, and any and all workers that it engages through the independent contractor agreements. It shall be the duty of the workers to complete the job in the most efficient and appropriate manner as they determine and as prescribed by the customer. It is agreed upon and understood that it is the responsibility of the worker to carry any necessary, and as deemed by the worker, appropriate liability insurance and/or licenses relative to any service that he performs through contract with Cheap Summer Help LLC.
